The Council currently has a Highways Services contract with Kier Integrated Services which commenced in October 2013.
As part of the contract the Intelligent Transport System maintenance and service has been subcontracted to Swarco UK formerly Dynniq UK, for the whole duration of the contract following on from the previous contract through which they also delivered this service to the Council.
The Council intends to continue the existing service with Swarco UK for the provision of an intelligent transport system maintenance service for Suffolk's existing ITS portfolio which has been implemented and operates using Swarco proprietary systems and equipment.
