The brief

Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Internal & External Repairs Including Full Redecoration of All Surfaces at Sidney Cooper Gallery and to submit a tender to meet the Council’s requirements.

The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Suite of documentation.

It should be noted that by submitting a tender, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements.

It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender for you to attend a site visit.

The site visit will be held on Monday 17 November 2025 between 12 noon and 2pm (no alternative date or time can be offered).

See 2.1.3 for further details.

Any contractor who does not attend the site visit will be disqualified from the tender process.

The Contract is anticipated to commence December 2025 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
