Rossendale Borough Council (RBC) are seeking fixed fee Tender submissions on a traditional basis from suitably qualified Design Teams to develop the Haslingden Big Lamp project from RIBA Stage 1 up to RIBA Stage 3 + and to support a Stage 2 Application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund at Delivery Stage.
The development stage of this project involves developing the Outline Area Action Plan into a detailed Area Action Plan in line with National Lottery Heritage Fund guidance.
