The brief

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to design and build a pump track with an asphalt surface.

The chosen contractor will initially be required to support the Council through the design and planning stages to achieve full planning permission and then take the project forward to the construction stage.

The Council is looking to create a pump track facility for the local community that will be free to-use, available to all and designed for beginners through to experienced riders.

A site has been identified on the former park & ride car park off Willington Street.
