This sits in the lower-middle of the Health & Social Care band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 32,734 valued Health & Social Care tenders in our corpus.

When this comes round again

Historic England has published 869 notices across all categories, and 37% of its awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

The brief

Historic England is expanding inclusive programming, but staff diversity does not yet reflect this shift.

This means that projects can go ahead without representation from affected groups.

We are looking to appoint organisations to a framework to bring in external consultants with expertise in the barriers that marginalised groups face to remedy this lack of representation without expecting contributors to carry full project responsibilities.

We are looking to add up to 20 consultants to the framework.

Work will be allocated using mini-competitions and in circumstances outlined under the requirements section via direct award.
