Services are expected to include: •Technical SEO audits and recommendations •Content optimisation and content strategy •Keyword research and search intent analysis •Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI visibility consultancy •Answer engine optimisation for AI assistants and answer engines •Structured data and schema markup recommendations •Search analytics, reporting and performance measurement •User journey optimisation and conversion improvement •Website discoverability and indexing improvements •Training, knowledge transfer and capability building for internal teams The supplier will support IWM in increasing reach and visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, improving audience engagement and commercial outcomes, establishing meaningful performance measures and future-proofing digital discoverability strategies within an evolving search landscape.
IWM is advertising a two-year contract, with the option to extend by two further one-year periods.
