Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor / contractors to deliver their Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the North East Region of its portfolio.
The Kitchens & Bathrooms will be procured as two separate Lots and contractors are invited to bid for both Lots if applicable.
The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works.
The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.
The Terms & Conditions of this Contract will stipulate that Accent will only consent to the sub-contracting of any works under this Contract being carried out by a Sub-Contractor which shall be limited to a Sole Trader engaged by the Contractor and approved by Accent.
