The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that it is the<br/>intention of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Trust) to issue a tender for the Servicing and Maintenance of the Laundry Production Equipment at Nottingham City Hospital (The Services).<br/> <br/>The contract is to replace the existing/previous contract currently in place and preparatory work for the re-procurement is currently underway.

The anticipated start date is 1 November 2024 and the Contract Notice is currently anticipated to be published during late spring/early summer 2025.<br/> <br/>This notice is not in itself a call for competition and the Trust is not seeking to reduce the time period for the receipt of tenders.<br/> <br/>Please note that the date given under II.3.
