London Tribunals supports the Environment and Traffic Adjudicators and the Road User Charging Adjudicators, which are the independent tribunals that consider appeals against Penalty Charge Notices issued by the London Local Authorities and Transport for London.
London Councils is looking to appoint a contractor to work on the search and negotiation for new property leases for both sites.
The criteria for the new offices based on the consultation with teams and members of the organisation is detailed in the ITT.
The floor space required for each site based on the outcome of work carried out by the workspace consultant is: o Main office - 10,301 ft² o Tribunal service - 2,713 ft² The successful contractor will work with London Councils to source an office space with the criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender document.
