Neville Hill Depot have a responsibility for 154 DMU vehicles The warranty repairs for the powertrain components on each vehicle are the responsibility of LH LH are obliged to respond within 24 hours of a fault being reported and provide warranty coverage on days from Monday to Friday with limited cover at weekends.
The Supplier will provide a skilled trained Service Engineer to carry out the following scope of work: .
Carry out Health Checks on available vehicles. .
Carry out General Fault Finding on available vehicles .
Carry out General Repairs .
Support Depot Staff in Fault Finding and General Repairs .
Carry out running maintenance as dictated by the Purchaser.
