The tender will be released for bid applications at the end of January 2023 and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in summer 2023.
REFURBISHMENT AND ASSOCIATED RETROFIT WORKS FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment, associated retrofit, and improvement works.
Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023 ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the ratings of their stock.
Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023.
FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements.
Early market engagement is expected to take place during spring 2023, with an anticipated tender release summer 2023.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINIUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects.
Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer / autumn 2023, with an anticipated tender release winter 2023.
