The Borough Council of Calderdale (the "Council") invites Tenders from those who wish to be considered for the Living Well with Dementia - Community Support, Advice and Information Service (the "Service").
It is anticipated that the contract will commence 1st April 2022 for a period up to 31st March 2025 with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each.
The service is to be delivered throughout the Borough of Calderdale.
