The brief

The London Borough of Havering is seeking a provider for all of its 2016/17 cycle training needs.

Training will take place predominantly in schools but adult and family training is also available all year round.

Training requirements include, but are not limited to, Bikeability Level 1-3 and training younger children to ride without stabilisers.

The provider will also be expected to provide cycle maintenance services and deliver led cycle rides in the borough on an ad-hoc basis.

Funding for the 1 year contract comes from Transport for London and will be managed by the Borough’s Cycling Officer.
