The brief

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (The Authority) currently leases out part of its ground floor foyer at its library in Maidenhead to a third party café who operates in the space under a concession contract with The Authority.

This contract will be expiring in the near future and The Authority plans to go out to tender for the space that is currently occupied.
