The brief

The goods and services to be supplied under this quotation are set out in: SERVICING and AD-HOC SERVICES for FIXED FOUL and SURFACE WATER PUMPS and EQUIPMENT issued with this request.

This contract covers the procurement of mechanical, electrical and other services relating the servicing and maintenance of fixed pumping stations and fittings.

The following documents shall be read in conjunction with this letter of invitation and: o Term Service Short Contract (NEC3) o Term Service Short Contract - Guidance Notes and Flow Charts. o Standard Terms and Conditions Contractors shall make reasonable endeavours to comply with the Council's commitment to pay a Living Wage to its own employees and those of its sub-contractors The Council is committed to the prompt payment of contractors and similarly requires its Contactors to commit to the prompt payment of sub-contactors The works will be let as required by individual Purchase Orders and under the Council's Standard Terms and Conditions - copy provided.
