The brief

Community Health Services.

NHS Scarborough and Ryedale CCG are holding a Market Engagement Event for providers of Community Health Services who are interested in tendering.

The services included are Community Nursing, Community Therapies and Intermediate Care for the Scarborough locality.

It is anticipated that a formal procurement will begin between January 2016 and April 2016 with new services to commence on 1 October 2016.

The event will offer potential providers the opportunity to gain an understanding of the scope of services being procured together with the vision, objectives and key requirements.

It will also offer opportunities for potential providers to influence any delivery model and the final service specification.

The new service will commence on 1 October 2016.

The actual contract(s) length is still under consideration but it is expected that it will be between 5 and 7 years in duration.

Further information regarding activity and finance will be provided as part of the procurement process.

The Market Engagement Event will be held on 19th November 2015 in Scarborough.

There will be a maximum of four places available per organisation.

The services to which this notice relates fall within Part B of Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) ("the Regulations").
