When this comes round again

ATTAIN COMMISSIONING SERVICES LTD publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 23 notices, roughly one every 9 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.

29% of ATTAIN COMMISSIONING SERVICES LTD’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

The brief

THE DATE FOR THE RETURN OF RFI FORMS HAVE CHANGED TO 23RD OCTOBER AT 5PM.

Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (NCCG) & South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (SNCCG) will be holding a Market Engagement event on 3rd or 6th November 2016 to brief potential providers on the scope of this Procurement.

The purpose of the event will be to discuss with providers our high level plans and proposals, and use the knowledge of the market to help inform parts of the service specification.

The procurement process timetable will also be shared at this stage.

Overview of Service Requirement: NCCG & SNCCG seek to commission an Integrated Musculoskeletal (MSK) Orthopaedic Triage and Physiotherapy Service focussed on the provision of high-quality, well-coordinated care, designed around the needs of the local population.

It should be provided in locations which are convenient and accessible to patients and have timings that are appropriate for patients’ needs.

The service will provide MSK Orthopaedic Triage (examination, assessment, diagnosis and where appropriate, treatment) and MSK physiotherapy services for patients aged 11 and over who have pain or other symptoms, restricted movement or reduced function from an MSK, orthopaedic or related symptom, set of symptoms, condition or illness.

This service should be designed around the specific needs of the population of Norwich CCG and South Norfolk CCG, be high-quality, well-coordinated and patient-centred.

Further details regarding the event will follow but in the first instance if you could register in the Attain Bravo e-tendering portal by the 23/10/15.

To express an interest in this project, gain access to the request for Information (RFI) document and draft specification, please go to the Bravo website at: https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk Click on ‘Register here’ and follow the on screen instructions.

CHANGE OF DATE : The deadline for RFI responses is 5pm on Friday 23.10.2015.

All communications and RFI submissions will be conducted via the Attain bravo solution e-tendering portal.

Following the receipt of RFI responses, the CCG’s will invite providers to a 1:1 market engagement event to discuss their responses in further detail.
