The brief

This is a call for expressions of interest to attend a Market Engagement Event for NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB's Children and Young People's THRIVE Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Framework and complete a short questionnaire.

The aim of the session is to gauge potential interest, inform the market of the Commissioner's plan for this service and any potential future procurement process, and review the potential structure of the contract.

This will include discussions around an infrastructure management/lead provider model.

We are keen to hear from a full range of organisations including community based grassroots organisations as well as those that operate at a larger scale.

If a competitive tender process is pursued by the ICB, it will be open to all suppliers regardless of whether they attended the Market Engagement event.

The Market Engagement event will take place on 18th November 2022 via Teams.

There will be subsequent engagement events at local level during w/c 29th November 2022 with dates and venues to be confirmed.

Interested providers are advised to register with MLCSU e-Procurement portal Bravo via the following link: https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk The relevant PQQ reference number for this is PQQ_523 and the questionnaire will be located within this PQQ.
