The existing appearance of diminishing courses is retained to align with the heritage appearance. •Leadwork oFull replacement of all existing leadwork, including flashings, ridges, skews, valleys, and associated details •Timber Repairs oLocalised repair to timber elements of one dormer window •Rainwater Goods oRainwater Goods: Carryout inspection of rainwater goods.
Provisional - Carryout any subsequent repair or replacement of gutters and downpipes as necessary. •Provisional Works oPainting of all existing timber-framed windows and timber doors to both front and rear elevations (provisional item)
