The brief

Ipswich & East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group and West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCGs) are considering the potential to undertake a procurement to secure Non-emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) within 2017/18.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being released to the market to allow interested parties opportunity to express an interest and the opportunity to comment on a service specification, and to respond to a number of engagement questions.

Please note the CCGs will be working with representatives from The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

In order to express an interest and receive the documentation please email anita.taylor@suffolk.nhs.uk.

Ipswich and East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group and West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group request that expressions of interest and all comments on the documentation are received by 12:00 (noon), 28.02.2017, as an email to the named contact.

The purpose of this PIN is to invite interested providers to contact the CCGs.

This PIN is not commencing a procurement process, any future procurement activity in relation to the services that are the subject of this PIN may be the subject of a separate notice.

The CCGs are not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in this process.

All expressions of interest and comments on the documentation are to be returned to the named contact by 12:00 (noon), 28.02.2017
