New Gorbals Housing Association are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to their Architectural and Related Professional Services Framework.
It is intended that the initial framework agreement shall be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
During this period New Gorbals Housing Association shall be entitled to call-off services from the framework agreement on a project by project basis.
It is estimated that the value of the services to be called-off over the four year period will be circa GBP 2,200,000 to GBP 2,800,000.
