To support the construction of the Dairy Nexus and its component parts we require the services of a professional Construction Project Manager (PM), preferably with experience in the FE/HE sector with emphasis on biological sciences, animal sciences and the environment.
The initial phase of the Dairy Nexus project will focus on RIBA Stage 1 which includes the completion of a feasibility study for inclusion in the Full Business Case that will be submitted to the UK and Scottish Governments.
Progression to concept design and subsequent stages will be subject to approval of this Full Business Case by both Governments.
