The purpose of this Notice is to confirm the award of a contract to North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) to provide Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across Southend, Essex and Thurrock.

This award is being made following the successful completion of a procurement process.

The contract advert (reference 2021/S 000-009636) was published by NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) on behalf of the 7 CCGs within Essex and the 3 Local Authorities.

Since this contract notice was published, the CCGs have been replaced with 3 Integrated Care Boards in line with the Health and Care Act 2022.

The contract began on 1st April 2022 for a period of 7-years with the option to extend for a further 3-years.

The aggregate maximum value of the contract is £430m.

The total price for the initial 7-year period is £154,885,967.
