The Council requires consultancy services (or co-developer) to assist the Council with the development, design, project management and supervision of the delivery of a potential solar farm in Grazeley.The proposed site at Bloomfield HatchFarm, Grazeley RG7 3AD, consists of 3 fields spread over 74 acres of Council owned arable farmland.
The completed scheme will deliver a 16MWp solar farm providing an average of 15,000MW pa over proscribed predicted 30 year life span of the project.The expected outcome of the project is for the co-developer to see through management of the project until completion including procurement of the installers.
