Newport City Council, acting on behalf of the Gwent Substance Misuse Area Planning Board (APB), has awarded the contract for the provision of substance misuse. services to adults and their concerned others.

The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2022 with an option to extend for up to 2 years on an annual basis subject to performance and continued funding The Council believes that TUPE applies to this requirement.
