The procurement contact named on the official notice.
Children and young people (CYP) in London suffer from poorer health outcomes than elsewhere in the country, across a number of areas from higher levels of mortality and serious illness, poorer mental health, variability in outcomes from common diseases such as asthma, and significant public health issues such as obesity.
More recently they are feeling the impact of COVID-19.
London has world-leading centres of excellence for tertiary paediatric care and some excellent examples of primary and secondary care but there are big differences in quality.
We wish to draw on this wealth of expertise, specialist professionals, leaders, world class services and organisations to harness and help drive improvements in the health outcomes, future prospects and well-being of its 2 million plus children and young people and their families.
As result we want to set up a CYP Improvement Collaborative for London, the purpose of which is to identify, learn, and scale models of care which integrate public
