Derbyshire Adult Care is inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of specialist supported living services to adults.
Providers will offer a supported living service for people of 18 years and upwards with complex needs.
People in need of this service may have a variety of diagnoses and Providers are expected to have the specialist skills and knowledge required to deliver services to adults with support needs associated with the following disabilities: • learning disability • autism • mental health disability • physical disability and/or sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury Providers will be selected on the basis of experience, capability and quality.
