We have undertaken a thorough review of the points raised, and have made the decision not to award a contract as per 12.6 of the General Instruction to Tenderers, and issue this notice in accordance with Regulation 55(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 As a result of this decision, we are revising tender documentation with a view to retendering the requirement in the near future.
