This framework agreement is for the provision of safe, legal, efficient and cost effective pharmaceutical wholesale services comprising the delivery of medicines and other pharmaceutical products (referred tohenceforth as the ‘Service’) to Participating Authorities (Annex A3 to the Invitation to Tender).

ParticipatingAuthorities may require deliveries to one or more delivery points which may change from time.

The Servicemay incorporate an option for service enhancements, such as seven day working, which integrate clinicalpharmacy services and support risk avoidance and clinical governance agendas. <br/>Total contract value: £50m
