The appointed Provider will be required to deliver a wide range of support and coaching services for ex-offenders, within high quality accommodation, assisting residents to develop skills to help them resettle, thrive and positively contribute to communities. (The accommodation available is a 9 bed unit, owned by the HomeGroup to enable the Provider to deliver this contract, through a separate and independent management contract).
This provision will assist the Council to meet its statutory obligations to assist vulnerable homeless people leaving an Institution, and who may be at risk and / or disadvantaged, and to ensure they are protected and enabled to live independently.
