A call off contract via a further competition carried out on the EN DPS Agreement for Installation, Responsive Repair and Maintenance by EN:Procure on behalf of LHP.
The works include undertaking domestic electrical inspection condition reports and rectification of all category 1 & 2 repairs at the time of testing (excluding any full or partial re-wires identified) to void and occupied domestic properties owned and managed by the Employer within the wider Boston and Southern Lincolnshire area LHP intends to appoint up to 7 contractors to complete these works and the contractors will be distributed works at the sole discretion of LHP.
