In support of its responsibilities to employee safety, Forestry and Land Scotland and Scottish Forestry (collectively referred to as The Authority) have awarded a contract for the supply and operation of a Lone/Hazardous Working Safety System (LWSS) that is fully compliant with British Standard BS8484:2016 and fails to safe.
For the purposes of this contract, a system that fails to safe is a system that is designed to remain safe in the event of a failure.
