Southend on Sea City Council are seeking to engage experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of servicing, responsive repairs and maintenance to commercial and domestic gas and heating plant and equipment and responsive repairs to plumbing and kitchen plant and equipment within public buildings and schools in Southend on Sea.
This procurement has been divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 is for the appointment of a gas safe registered mechanical supplier for the provision of servicing, responsive repairs and maintenance to commercial and domestic gas and heating plant and equipment under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot.
