The NWCH will create a Small Works Framework Agreement through which participating Public Bodies will procure Building Construction Works projects via a group of contractors which qualify through the tender process to be appointed to the Framework.
This Framework has been developed to function as a partnering and collaborative-working based procurement agreement.
