The regeneration of Clay Cross town centre is part of the government’s Towns Fund initiative, delivering long term economic and productivity growth through urban regeneration, skills and enterprise infrastructure and connectivity.
In response to the Town Investment Plan (TIP) submitted in March 2021, the Clay Cross Town Board communicated a vision of transforming Clay Cross into a thriving, sustainable and industrious market town, built on a strong and vibrant community spirit and unique heritage.
The Clay Cross Town Regeneration scheme aims to improve connectivity, invest in skills and enterprise, and encourage clean growth.
