Aberdeenshire Council, on behalf of the Health and Social Care Partnership and Education and Children’s Services, are seeking to commission a range of supports and resources for both adult and young carers.
The Service will aim to improve the quality of life for carers through an outcomes led approach, providing the right level of intervention, at the right time.
The Service will be flexible and designed to meet the needs of carers in Aberdeenshire.
