The objectives of the service are to: • Promote and support weight loss, or prevent further excess weight gain, among service users living with overweight or obesity. • Support service users to achieve the Chief Medical Officer’s physical activity recommendations and reduce sedentary behaviour. • Support service users to develop healthier eating habits and learn about healthy balanced meals. • Support service users to develop strategies and self-regulatory skills to overcome challenges and self-manage weight maintenance goals. • Provide a flexible offer which is service user led, individualised and culturally competent.
