The appointed Contractor will be expected to provide an extremely high quality service at the Employer's properties and for residents of those properties.
This includes satisfactorily completing Orders within the specified time periods, good resident liaison, efficient and accurate record keeping, prompt submission of accounts and immediately responding to any complaints received.
The Contractor's performance will be closely monitored at all times Works will be measured and valued as follows: 1.
Responsive Repairs- NHF Schedule of Rates version 7.1 for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works; 2.
Voids - NHF Schedule of Rates version 7.1 for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works; 3.
Planned works not included in the Schedule of Rates - may be negotiated at the point of order
