Principle Works Contractor for the Healthy Living Centre located on the first floor of the Pentagon shopping centre.
The HLC will consist of two GP practices and a community services facility which will need to be fully fitted out by the Contractor (except for Group 3 furniture).
The Contractor will also create a shell space for a Pharmacy for which, as of the time of tender, an occupier has yet to be identified.
