This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a compliant procurement route for public bodies needing any range or mix of support to deliver their fixed term fixed price (FTFP) procurement aspirations.

The DPS is divided into two Lots.

Lot 1 Facilitate the arrangement of FTFP contracts using mini competitions.

The purpose of this Lot 1, is to provide a DPS of Suppliers able to supply electricity & natural gas to a variety of organisations.

The Contracting Authority is seeking solutions which focus on providing excellent service, a desire to improve and developing working partnerships with the Contracting and Participating Authority.

Lot 2 Facilitate the arrangement of FTFP contracts using matrix pricing (via price books).

The purpose of this Lot 2 is to provide a DPS of Suppliers who are able to offer Participating Authorities access to matrix or ‘price book’ pricing for fixed term fixed priced contracts.
