The stock has been split into 2 lots: Lot 1: North & East, Lot 2: South & West.

These will be 10 year Contracts using the JCT MTC (2016) form of Contract, with a schedule of amendments.
The procurement will be a two-stage Restricted process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
