Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC) (The Council) is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of contractors able to provide the delivery of Minor Construction Works in North Nottinghamshire.

Contractors under this DPS will also be accessible to meet the requirements of Ashfield District Council (MDC), Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) and Broxtowe Borough Council (BXBC) for these services outlined within this DPS.

Contractors will be expected to work closely with The Council to fulfil the requirements for maintaining public health and safety and protecting property which is core to the delivery of these services.
