The brief

This project focuses on making the most of diverse perspectives and experiences within the workforce to build bridges with communities and therefore strengthen co-production and service delivery.

The PCH Workforce team seek a contractor to work alongside council adult social care teams to - • advise on ways to promote equity in experience and outcomes for people who draw on care and support. and/or • to advise on ways to improve employee experience to support retention, productivity and belonging.

While the focus is on planning for improvements, a key aspect of advice will be to strengthen the councils’ confidence and ability to articulate and evidence their many strengths and achievements within these themes.

It is expected that the successful contractor will use Diverse by Design for adult social care as the foundation for the advice and support provided.

This is a Partners in Care and Health programme that supports councils with their work to retain and support the ASC workforce and to strengthen equity in experience and outcomes for people who draw on care and support.
