The decarbonisation Framework is designed to support the delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency measures across Places for People's domestic assets as well as Procurement Hub members.

PfP is recipient of grant funding streams, and the framework will establish specialist delivery mechanisms and supply chain to capitalise on further future funding.
Multiple entities within the Places for People Group will have a requirement for the works covered, including Places for People Homes, Procurement Hub, Future Homes Consortium and Origin Housing.

The framework will include, but is not limited to, the following works and services: •Consultants, admin & ancillary •External wall insulation •Internal wall insulation & linings •Loft, Cavity wall & miscellaneous insulation •Underfloor insulation •Windows & Doors (upgrade to higher u-value, triple glazing etc) •Ventilation •Air & ground source heat pumps •High heat retention (HHR) electric heating •Solar PV & battery storage •Heating & hot water controllers •Low energy lighting
