Framework for the Supply of Fabricated Steel and Concrete Fencing and Gate Products The Council makes no guarantee that they will be awarded any call off and no guarantee is in respect of any volume of work under any such call off agreements, or in aggregate under the Framework Agreement.
The successful Suppliers will be required to supply and deliver the goods to Durham County Council on an as and when required basis.
Deliveries could be daily or multiple drops during a day.
There is no minimum order quantity and order quantities will vary.
The expected start date for the proposed framework is 1st February 2026.
The expected end date for the proposed framework is 31st January 2028.
The proposed framework is to be let with an option to extend for a further x 24 months from the actual end date.
This Framework/ Contract will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council: - Academy Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts in the North East - Maintained Schools in County Durham - County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service, - Believe Housing - Parish Councils and Town Councils in County Durham.
The above list is not exhaustive, however, and in addition to the above the Framework/Contract may also be made available to other Organisations and Local Authorities where agreed with Durham County Council.
In the event that any one of the partners wishes to use the opportunity they will required to enter into an access agreement, which will regulated their use of the framework agreement.
For information regarding SLAs and Access Agreements please contact: procurement.services@durham.gov.uk It is a condition of this Framework that the successful Provider(s) must pay up to 1% retrospective rebate based on all business transacted via this Framework for the entire duration of the Contract period.
