Extension of existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for External Print Services
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
London Borough of Enfield publishes Business Services work continuously — 125 notices, roughly one every 12 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
67% of London Borough of Enfield’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
This is an extension for the Council's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for External Print Service contracts.
The Authority is extending the validity of its existing DPS for a further 29 month period starting from 1 October 2026 until 23 February 2029.
Please note that organisations can apply to join the Council's DPS at any time during its validity if they satisfy the selection criteria and none of the grounds for exclusion apply.
If an organisation admitted to the DPS ceases to satisfy the Council's selection requirements it is likely that it may be excluded or suspended from taking part in any competition.
If an admitted organisation fails one of the grounds for exclusion during the validity of the DPS the Council may be required to remove the supplier from the DPS.
For previous information regarding this DPS, please refer to the original Contract Notice, reference 2021/S 000-013361, url: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/013361-2021?
For the avoidance of doubt, those providers that are already on the existing DPS do not need to respond to this contract notice as they are already admitted.
What the notice asks for

Sentences from the notice that state an obligation, surfaced automatically and shown in the order they appear. Not an exhaustive list — always confirm against the tender documents.
What this notice demands of you
1 named, none in explicit obligation language. Each one is quoted from the notice.

Matched against the notice text, so this is a floor — the tender pack will demand things the notice never mentions. “Says must” means the quoted sentence itself used obligation language; anything ambiguous is left as a mention.
