The brief

Autism Internship Programme, The product is a year-round autism employment support offer for young people aged 18-25, with placements delivered in flexible cohorts rather than only during summer.

It includes paid internship placements (recommended minimum 8 weeks), a bespoke three-hour training session for managers/teams, support with job design and recruitment, and ongoing delivery through weekly check-ins, email/call support, pre-placement preparation, and adjustment planning.
