All conditions have been discharged, with the exception of the Construction Management Plan.
Phase B is the last residential development parcel at Rockfield Farm.
Phases A and D (144 units) have been delivered by Bellway and Phase C2 (32 affordable units; 13 S106) has been recently completed by Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA).
