Older persons extra care to operate across the following schemes: Lot 1 Barnaby House, Eston 40 existing units for older people, 21 new units coming on line September 2016 for older people with dementia or older persons mental health Lot 2 St Germains, Marske 31 units of older persons extra care Lot 3 Jubilee Court, Eston 42 units of older persons extra care Consideration will be given to the submission of tenders against a single scheme, or any combination of the above schemes.

The provider will be expected to work with the landlord to ensure the provision of extra care meets the needs of those eligible through the delivery of background and planned care and support available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
