Opportunity for Providers to Support the Civil Service Curriculum Prior information notice This is a Prior Information Notice to alert interested suppliers to an opportunity to deliver Learning and Development to the UK's Civil Service.
Civil Service Learning (CSL) is a division within the UK Government's Cabinet Office with responsibility for providing Learning and Development for the Civil Service.
KPMG LLP were appointed as prime contractors for the Civil Service Core Curriculum in December 2015, for a period of 3 years (with the possibility of a 1 year extension).
We would now like to extend the breadth, capacity and diversity of the supply base by sourcing sub-contractors to work with KPMG.
This requirement is for the Supply of learning and development services in relation to Operational Delivery Qualifications.
Civil Service Learning are seeking a provider to be responsible for all elements of end to end of the provision of services in relation to the Operational Delivery Profession including but not limited to: • Diagnostics and evaluation tools; provision of advice to enable decision-making by learners and departments; • Competency based assessment tools; • Membership to the awarding body or higher education institute for required qualification; and • Technology, compatible with government systems to make sure learning is accessible for all.
Potential Suppliers are requested to register their interest in receiving the Request for Proposal (RfP) by 12:00pm Monday 28th November via email to the following address: ukfmkpmgcrenq@KPMG.co.uk.
The subject line should be titled: EOI Supply of learning and development services - Operational Delivery.
Failure to do this may result in an organisation not receiving the respective documentation.
Please note RfP's will be issued to the email address provided from the EOI notification.
The intention is to issue the RfP by close of business 30th November.
Please note that the sourcing and selection process is not subject to public procurement rules.
